Beyond the Metroplex

Long-Distance Trips
from Fort Worth

Casino days at WinStar, concert weekends in Austin, Hill Country wine trips, and Houston weddings. Here is how the hours, mileage, and driver rules work once you leave Tarrant County.

How do long-distance party bus trips from Fort Worth work?

Our core service area is Fort Worth and about 30 nearby cities. Beyond roughly 30 miles, and for any out-of-state trip, the quote adds mileage and travel time; we quote the local rate first and confirm the adjustment before you book. Casino runs to WinStar are 8- to 10-hour bookings. Anything over about 12 hours requires driver lodging or a second driver, and overnight use is only possible if the vehicle stays with the group. Multi-day trips are quoted from a full itinerary.

  • WinStar: ~90 min each way, 8–10 hour block
  • Over 12 hours: driver lodging or second driver
  • Coach buses for 2+ hour drives; restrooms on most 36+ coaches
  • Same rules: BYOB 21+, no food on board, no smoking

Rules for long trips

Minimum hours

Friday and Saturday night rentals carry a 4-hour minimum. Sunday through Thursday, and Friday or Saturday pickups before 5 PM, can qualify for a 3-hour minimum on select vehicles. Saturdays in March, April, and May are prom dates in Fort Worth and carry a 6-hour minimum for every event type on those days. You can always book more hours than the minimum.

Long-distance trips exceed the 4-hour minimum by design. Bookings over about 12 hours require driver lodging or a second driver; overnight use requires the vehicle to stay with the group.
