Most Fort Worth groups renting a party bus are doing it for the first time. This page answers, in plain language, the 46 questions we hear most, grouped so you can jump to what you need. Every answer comes from our actual booking rules, not a template.
What is the short version?
Send your pickup ZIP, date, guest count, event type, and hours. You get one all-inclusive quote (vehicle, driver, fuel, taxes, gratuity). 4-hour minimum on Friday and Saturday nights; 3 hours on select non-prime dates; 6 hours on prom Saturdays (March–May). A signed contract and 50% deposit hold the date; the balance is due 7 to 14 days out. Guests 21+ may bring their own drinks in plastic cups, food stays off the vehicle, balloons are welcome and glitter is not, and unlimited stops are included within your hours.
Pricing and what is included
Every quote is all-inclusive. These answers explain what that means and what can change the number.
- What is included in a Fort Worth party bus quote?
- Your quote includes the vehicle, a licensed and insured professional driver, fuel, taxes, and driver gratuity. Party buses, limos, and limo sprinters also come stocked with ice and bottled water, and unlimited stops are included within your booked hours. Nothing is added for tip or fuel on the night of the event.
- Is the driver tip included in the price?
- Yes. Gratuity is built into every quote so your group does not have to pass a hat at the end of the night. Extra tipping is optional if your driver goes above and beyond.
- Can you lower the quoted price?
- Our pricing is already set to be competitive and it includes tax, fuel, and gratuity. We do not discount below the quoted all-inclusive rate. If a quote is over budget, we can suggest a smaller party bus, a limo, or a more affordable shuttle that still fits your group.
- How are extra hours priced?
- Extra time is billed by the hour for the vehicle you booked. If you were quoted a package price, the hourly rate is that total divided by the quoted hours unless a specific extra-hour rate was listed. Booking the right number of hours up front is usually cheaper than adding time on the night.
- Do longer or out-of-town trips cost more?
- Trips beyond roughly 30 miles from Fort Worth, or out of state, may price differently because of mileage and travel time. We quote the local rate first and then confirm any distance adjustment before you book.
Minimum hours and how long to book
Friday and Saturday night rentals carry a 4-hour minimum. Sunday through Thursday, and Friday or Saturday pickups before 5 PM, can qualify for a 3-hour minimum on select vehicles. Saturdays in March, April, and May are prom dates in Fort Worth and carry a 6-hour minimum for every event type on those days. You can always book more hours than the minimum.

- Why is there a 6-hour minimum on some spring Saturdays?
- Saturdays in March, April, and May are prom dates across Tarrant County. On those days every rental, regardless of event type, carries a 6-hour minimum because vehicles are committed for a full evening. If you are planning a birthday, bachelorette, or wedding on a spring Saturday, budget for six hours.
- How many hours should I book?
- Four hours covers pickup, two or three stops, and a return for most Fort Worth nights out. Weddings, proms, and multi-district bar crawls usually need five to six hours. About half of the groups that book with us reserve more than the 4-hour minimum, and adding a 30-minute buffer at the end avoids overtime.
- Can we extend during the trip if we are having fun?
- Sometimes, but not always. The vehicle may be reserved for another group afterward. Overtime is only possible if it is prearranged with the driver and the vehicle is free. It is far safer to book the correct number of hours up front.
- Does the drive time to and from Fort Worth count toward my hours?
- Yes. Your reservation runs from the first pickup to the final drop-off, including travel between stops. Build the drive from suburbs like Keller, Mansfield, or Aledo into the hours you book.
- Can we make multiple stops or pick up at several houses?
- Yes. Unlimited stops are included, and that covers multiple home pickups and split drop-offs, as long as everything fits within your booked time. Groups with three or more pickup addresses should add 30 to 45 minutes to their hours.
- Can we take the bus overnight or for a multi-day trip?
- Overnight use is usually only possible if the vehicle stays with the group and driver lodging or a second driver is arranged. Bookings over about 12 hours typically need lodging or two drivers. Send us a full itinerary for festivals, concerts, or destination weddings and we will prepare a custom quote.
Quotes, deposits, contracts, and payment
A quote is not a reservation. Here is how a quote becomes a confirmed date.
- Is a quote the same as a reservation?
- A quote is not a reservation. Your date is only locked in once we receive the signed contract and deposit. Popular Fort Worth Saturdays are often reserved weeks ahead.
- How much is the deposit and when is the balance due?
- 50% deposit to reserve the vehicle and date. Balance due 7 to 14 days before the event. Events booked within 7 days of the date are paid in full at booking.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit or debit card is standard. Other options may be available depending on the vehicle and date. The cardholder completes ID and card verification during the contract process.
- How old do you have to be to book?
- The person signing the contract must be 21 or older. There is no age restriction on who may ride.
- Can I book a party bus for someone else?
- Yes. We need the payer's name, email, and phone, and the cardholder completes ID and card verification in the contract. We also collect a main rider contact so the driver can reach the group on the day.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Half of Fort Worth inquiries come in less than 30 days before the event, so weekend availability tightens fast. Weddings are typically planned about 12 weeks out, bachelor and bachelorette parties about 7 weeks, proms about a month, and birthdays about 3 weeks. Reserve as soon as your date and headcount are set, especially for Saturdays, spring prom dates, and December.
- Can I change to a bigger or smaller vehicle after booking?
- Upgrades and downgrades are often difficult once you have reserved because the other vehicles book up too. Confirm your group size before you sign, and when in doubt book one size up.
- Can I see photos or the contract before I commit?
- Yes. We can send the terms before the contract and current vehicle photos on request. You can also read our full terms on this site at any time.
- What information do you need for a quote?
- Pickup ZIP code or address, event date, approximate guest count, event type, and how many hours you want. With those five details we can recommend the best-value vehicle that fits your group and send an all-inclusive quote.
Rider policies: alcohol, food, decorations, smoking, pets, cleanup
The rules that keep the night on track, with the fees that apply only when they are ignored.
- Can we bring our own alcohol?
- Yes, for guests 21 and older. We do not sell alcohol and do not hold a liquor license, so it is strictly bring-your-own. Plastic cups and sealed beverages are recommended, glass is discouraged, and coolers with extra ice are encouraged. If minors are on board and alcohol is present, a parent or legal guardian must ride along.
- Can we bring food on the bus?
- No. Food is not permitted on the vehicle. Because unlimited stops are included, your driver can stop at a restaurant, taco spot, or drive-through whenever the group wants to eat.
- Can we decorate the party bus?
- Yes. Balloons, streamers, posters, and signs are welcome. Skip anything that leaves marks: no tapes or adhesives that damage finishes, and no glitter of any kind (glitter cleanup is $350). If your vehicle has a dance pole, ask about covering it with balloons.
- Is smoking allowed?
- No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted on any vehicle, and each smoking occurrence carries a $250 sanitation fee. Unlimited stops mean smoke breaks are easy to plan into the route.
- Are pets allowed?
- Pets are generally allowed with advance approval. Tell us the type and breed when you book.
- Do we need to clean up the bus?
- Basic cleanup, yes. Toss bottles, cups, and trash in the onboard cans or the extra bags your driver carries. Excessive messes can incur a cleaning fee, and vomit, spills, or food carry a $250 sanitation fee per occurrence.
- What should we bring?
- Plastic cups, a cooler with fresh ice, extra trash bags, and your playlist. Leave glass and food at home. Party buses, limos, and limo sprinters already carry ice and bottled water.
- Can we make multiple stops or pick up at several houses?
- Yes. Unlimited stops are included, and that covers multiple home pickups and split drop-offs, as long as everything fits within your booked time. Groups with three or more pickup addresses should add 30 to 45 minutes to their hours.
- Can we take the bus overnight or for a multi-day trip?
- Overnight use is usually only possible if the vehicle stays with the group and driver lodging or a second driver is arranged. Bookings over about 12 hours typically need lodging or two drivers. - What happens if there is severe weather or a road closure?
- If we cannot fulfill your trip, you receive a full refund. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, unsafe roads, accidents, or other events outside our control.
- Can we bring a photographer or film on the bus?
- Yes. Photographers, signage, and filming are welcome as long as nothing is damaged and no adhesives or glitter are used.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the reservation are a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations outside 7 days may, at management discretion, allow the deposit to be used as a credit toward a future reservation. Special event dates are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- What happens with airport pickups if my flight is late?
- Airport arrivals have 30 minutes to collect luggage and meet the driver, and more time can be booked in advance. Call as soon as you know a flight is delayed. After 30 minutes without contact the reservation is treated as a no-show.

- What is the difference between a party bus and a limousine?
- Space and experience. A limousine is elegant and seated: leather seating, a privacy partition, mood lighting, and a mini-bar, but guests cannot stand or move around. A party bus is a club on wheels with wraparound seating, a dance-floor area, a bar with ice and water, and room to stand and mingle. Groups over about 14 almost always prefer a party bus.
- What is a limo sprinter?
- A high-roof Mercedes-style van with a leisure interior: perimeter leather seating, mood lighting, and entertainment, similar to a small party bus or limo. Limo sprinters seat up to about 14 and are the most requested vehicle type after party buses for Fort Worth groups of 10 to 14.
- What is an executive sprinter?
- A forward-facing high-roof van with leather captain's seats, a work-friendly layout, and often Wi-Fi. Executive sprinters seat about 10 to 14 and suit business travel, airport runs, and client entertainment.
- When is a shuttle or coach bus the better choice?
- Choose a shuttle or coach when the group needs forward-facing seats with seat belts, luggage space, or accessibility such as a wheelchair lift. They are the right fit for airport transfers, wedding guest shuttles, corporate events, and church or school trips, and they are usually the most affordable per seat for large groups.
- Do all party buses have air conditioning and heat?
- Yes. Every party bus has both air conditioning and heat, which matters in Fort Worth when August game days top 100°F and December light tours dip into the 30s.
- Can the dance pole be removed?
- On vehicles that have one, the pole can usually be removed or covered with balloons on request. Ask when you book so the right vehicle is assigned.
- Do you have karaoke, video games, TVs, or DJ hookups?
- Some vehicles do. Karaoke, gaming, HDMI inputs, and power availability vary by vehicle, so tell us what you need and we will confirm availability before you book rather than after.
- How many people fit on the largest vehicles?
- Party buses run up to about 45 passengers, coach and shuttle buses up to about 56, limousines up to about 22, limo sprinters about 14, and executive sprinters about 10 to 12. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity, so count carefully.
- What size vehicle do I need?
- Count confirmed guests, then choose a vehicle with a few spare seats. Groups of 8 to 14 fit limo sprinters and small party buses, 15 to 20 fit mid-size party buses (the most-booked range in Fort Worth), 21 to 30 need a large party bus, and anything over 30 is coach territory. Half of Fort Worth groups are 15 or fewer.
- Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
- Shuttle buses and coach buses are the best options for walkers, wheelchairs, lifts, or low-entry boarding. Tell us about mobility needs and we will find an accessible vehicle.
- Are your drivers licensed and insured?
- Yes. Drivers are professional, vetted, licensed, drug-tested, background-checked, and commercially insured. Vehicles are maintained on a regular schedule and carry safety and emergency equipment.

- Are your drivers licensed and insured?
- Yes. Drivers are professional, vetted, licensed, drug-tested, background-checked, and commercially insured. Vehicles are maintained on a regular schedule and carry safety and emergency equipment.
- Is a party bus safe for prom or a teen event?
- Yes, with a few rules. Alcohol is not allowed on a vehicle with minors unless a parent or legal guardian is present, and no large backpacks are allowed on prom, homecoming, or underage events without a parent or guardian. If a driver suspects underage drinking, the trip stops immediately with no refund. The contract must be signed by an adult 21 or older.

- Where do most Fort Worth groups get picked up?
- Downtown (76102), the West 7th and Cultural District corridor (76107), and the TCU and Tanglewood area (76109) are the three most common pickup ZIP codes, followed by Aledo, Saginaw and Eagle Mountain, Ridglea, the Stockyards, and Fairmount. About 57% of pickups start inside Fort Worth city limits, a quarter start in the western and southern suburbs, and the rest come from the Mid-Cities, Denton County, and Dallas.
- What are the most popular destinations?
- The Stockyards is the single most-mentioned destination in Fort Worth itineraries, followed by Dallas nightlife, dinner stops, hotel pickups, and wedding venues. Game-day runs to Arlington, TCU tailgates, WinStar casino trips, and Dickies Arena concerts round out the list.
