Party Bus Rider Policies in Fort Worth

What are the rules on a Fort Worth party bus?
Guests 21 and older may bring their own drinks (we do not sell alcohol); use plastic cups and leave glass at home. No food on the vehicle; the driver stops for meals. Balloons, streamers, and signs are welcome; glitter and adhesives are not. No smoking or vaping on board. With minors present, alcohol requires a parent or guardian on the vehicle. Pets are allowed with approval. Toss your trash before the last stop. Unlimited stops are included within your booked hours.

Minimum hours
Friday and Saturday night rentals carry a 4-hour minimum. Sunday through Thursday, and Friday or Saturday pickups before 5 PM, can qualify for a 3-hour minimum on select vehicles. Saturdays in March, April, and May are prom dates in Fort Worth and carry a 6-hour minimum for every event type on those days. You can always book more hours than the minimum.
What's included
Every quote from Party Bus Rentals Fort Worth is all-inclusive: the vehicle, a professional driver, fuel, insurance, taxes, and driver gratuity are in the number you receive. There are no fuel surcharges or tip add-ons on the night of your event. Extra hours or long-distance mileage are only added when you request them.
Payment
50% deposit to reserve the vehicle and date. Balance due 7 to 14 days before the event. Events booked within 7 days of the date are paid in full at booking. Credit or debit card is standard. Other options may be available depending on the vehicle and date. The cardholder completes ID and card verification during the contract process.
Alcohol and drinks
- We do not sell or provide alcohol and do not hold a liquor license.
- Guests 21 and older are welcome to bring their own drinks.
- Plastic cups are recommended. Glass is discouraged for safety.
- Coolers and extra ice are encouraged.
- If minors are on board and alcohol is present, a parent or legal guardian must be present.
- Underage drinking is never allowed. If it happens, the trip can be stopped and parents contacted.
We do not hold a liquor license, so drinks are bring-your-own for guests 21 and older. The vehicle carries ice and bottled water on party buses, limos, and limo sprinters.
Food
- Food is not permitted on the vehicle. Your driver will stop for meals as part of your unlimited stops.
Food is the most common source of spills and stains. Because unlimited stops are included, a restaurant stop costs nothing extra.
Smoking, vaping, and drugs
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted on any vehicle.
- Unlimited stops are included, so smoke breaks and restroom stops are easy to build in.
- Cigarettes, marijuana, and all illegal drugs are prohibited on board.
A $250 sanitation fee applies to each smoking occurrence on the vehicle.
Decorations, photos, and filming
- Balloons, streamers, posters, and signs are welcome.
- Nothing that leaves marks: no tapes or adhesives that damage paint or finishes.
- No glitter of any kind (a $350 cleanup fee applies).
- Photographers, signage, and filming are fine as long as nothing is damaged.
Anything that leaves a mark on leather, paint, or finishes is the problem. Balloons are also how a dance pole gets covered for family events.
Minors, prom, and teen events
- Alcohol is not allowed on a vehicle with minors on board unless a parent or legal guardian is present.
- If alcohol is found with underage guests, or the driver suspects underage drinking, the trip stops immediately with no refund and parents are contacted.
- No large backpacks on prom, homecoming, or underage events unless a parent or legal guardian is present.
- The contract signer must be 21 or older. There is no age restriction on who may ride.
These rules protect the students, the parent who signed, and the driver.
Pets
- Pets are generally allowed with advance approval. Tell us the type and breed when you book.
Approval depends on the vehicle and the trip; tell us early.
Cleanup
- Guests should throw away bottles, cups, and trash before leaving. Vehicles carry trash cans and usually extra bags.
- Excessive messes can incur a cleaning fee.
Groups that bring extra trash bags almost never see a cleaning fee.
Safety and capacity
- Drivers are professional, vetted, licensed, drug-tested, background-checked, and commercially insured.
- Vehicles are maintained regularly and carry safety and emergency equipment.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- It is illegal to stand through the emergency roof exit.
Vehicles cannot be loaded past seating capacity, which is why we ask for a firm headcount before you sign.
Stops, pickups, and drop-offs
- Unlimited stops are included, including multiple home pickups and split drop-offs, as long as everything fits within your booked time.
Each extra pickup address adds 10 to 15 minutes; groups with three or more should add 30 to 45 minutes to their hours.
Overnight, multi-day, and long trips
- Bookings over about 12 hours typically require driver lodging or a second driver.
- Multi-day events such as festivals or destination weddings are quoted from a full itinerary.
- Trips beyond roughly 30 miles from Fort Worth or out of state may price differently because of mileage and travel time.
Long-distance trips are quoted with mileage and travel time; we quote the local rate first and confirm the adjustment before you book.
Weather, road closures, and emergencies
- If we cannot fulfill your trip, you receive a full refund.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, unsafe roads, accidents, or other events outside our control.
In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown on charter we do everything we can to provide a replacement vehicle.
Accessibility
- Shuttle buses and coach buses are the best options for walkers, wheelchairs, lifts, or low-entry boarding. Tell us about mobility needs and we will find an accessible vehicle.
Lift-equipped and low-entry options are assigned on request, so mobility needs should be part of the quote.
Fees that apply only if something goes wrong
The client assumes financial liability for damage to the vehicle caused by the group. These amounts are in the contract so nobody is surprised.

Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the reservation are a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations outside 7 days may, at management discretion, allow the deposit to be used as a credit toward a future reservation. Special event dates are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Overtime
Overtime applies after the first 15 minutes beyond the prearranged end time and is only allowed if prearranged with the driver. Extra time may not be available because of other reservations. Overtime is charged at the hourly rate on the run sheet; for all-inclusive rates that is the total divided by the reserved hours. Booking a 30-minute buffer up front is cheaper and more reliable.
