1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Party Bus Rentals Fort Worth website (partybusrentalsfortworth.com) or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Party Bus Rentals Fort Worth provides luxury party bus, limousine, and coach bus rental marketing, booking coordination, referral, and transportation services in the Fort Worth, Texas and DFW Metroplex areas. Depending on the booking, services may be provided directly by Party Bus Rentals Fort Worth or fulfilled by affiliated companies, sister companies, booking partners, or third-party transportation operators. All services are subject to vehicle availability and booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event, as specified in your booking agreement.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and bank transfers.
• All prices quoted are subject to change until a booking agreement is signed and a deposit is received.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before event: Full refund of deposit
• 14-29 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 14 days: Deposit is non-refundable
• Rescheduling to a new date is available at no extra charge, subject to availability

5. Passenger Conduct

All passengers must adhere to the following rules:

• No smoking, vaping, or tobacco products inside any vehicle
• No illegal substances permitted
• BYOB is permitted for passengers 21+ (cans and plastic bottles only, no glass)
• No confetti, glitter, or materials that may damage the vehicle interior
• Passengers must not exceed the vehicle's maximum capacity
• Passengers must follow all instructions from the driver regarding safety

6. Damage and Cleanup

The person signing the rental agreement is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by members of their party. A cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged for excessive mess, stains, or damage. Significant damage to the vehicle interior or exterior will be assessed and billed at repair cost.

7. Overtime

If your event runs past the reserved time, overtime will be billed in 30-minute or hourly increments at the rate specified in your booking agreement. Overtime is subject to vehicle availability.

8. Age Requirements

The individual signing the rental agreement must be at least 21 years of age. Minors may ride with appropriate adult supervision. For prom, homecoming, and school events, a parent or guardian must sign the agreement.

9. Liability

Party Bus Rentals Fort Worth carries commercial liability coverage where applicable and aims to work only with properly licensed and insured transportation providers. However, we are not liable for injuries resulting from passenger misconduct, including but not limited to standing while the vehicle is in motion, hanging out of windows, or behavior that violates the rules of passenger conduct outlined above. When transportation is fulfilled by an affiliated or third-party operator, the actual servicing operator is responsible for the trip, driver, vehicle condition, route execution, and any transportation-service obligations governed by that operator's terms and policies.

10. Vehicle Substitution

In rare cases of mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity and quality. We will notify you as soon as possible if a substitution is necessary.

11. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. Vehicle photos, descriptions, and amenities are representative and may vary slightly between individual vehicles. We reserve the right to update website content at any time without notice.

12. Communications Consent

By submitting a quote request or otherwise providing your contact information, you agree that Party Bus Rentals Fort Worth may contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding your quote, booking, requested services, or trip coordination. Promotional communications are optional and are not required to purchase services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP where applicable.

13. Complaints and Service Issues

If your booking is serviced by an affiliated or third-party transportation provider, complaints or claims relating to the actual transportation service should be directed to the servicing operator, whose policies, operating authority, and insurance may govern the trip. Party Bus Rentals Fort Worth may assist in communicating with the operator, but the operator may remain responsible for the actual performance of the transportation service.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
