Fort Worth Coach Buses,
Shuttles & Executive Sprinters
Forward-facing seats with seat belts, luggage space, climate control, and lift-equipped options on request. Eight-passenger executive sprinters to 56-passenger coaches, each with a professional driver and one all-inclusive price.
When should a Fort Worth group book a coach, shuttle, or executive sprinter instead of a party bus?
When the group needs forward-facing seats with seat belts, luggage space, or a wheelchair lift, or when a forward-facing ride is simply the more affordable fit for a large group. Executive sprinters (8 to 14) suit business travel and airport runs with leather captain's chairs and often Wi-Fi. Shuttle buses (16 to 30) handle wedding guest loops and team outings. Coaches (up to about 56) carry conferences, church and school trips, and stadium runs, often with a restroom. Nearly half of Fort Worth wedding requests need 25 or more seats, and 42% of corporate requests do; this is the fleet that serves them.
- 46% of wedding requests need 25+ seats
- 42% of corporate requests need 25+ seats
- Lift-equipped options on request
- Weekday bookings can qualify for 3 hours
Choose a coach bus by size (8–56 passengers)
Filter by group size. Vehicles cannot be loaded past seating capacity, so pick a size with a seat or two to spare; swapping vehicles after you reserve is often not possible.
Three vehicle types, one purpose
Executive sprinters are high-roof vans with forward-facing leather captain's chairs, a work-friendly layout, luggage space, and often Wi-Fi. They fit 8 to 14 and are the choice for client groups, leadership teams, and small airport transfers.
Shuttle buses are mid-size, forward-facing buses with seat belts, luggage space, air conditioning and heat, and accessibility options such as wheelchair lifts on request. They run hotel-to-venue loops for weddings and conferences and carry teams of 16 to 30.
Coach buses carry up to about 56 with reclining seats, under-floor luggage bays, climate control, and, on most larger coaches, a restroom and PA system. They handle conferences, church retreats, school trips, and stadium runs, and they are the most cost-effective per seat for any group over 30.
Why weddings and corporate groups start here
Weddings are the largest bookings we handle, with a median of 23 passengers and 46% needing 25 or more seats. For guest shuttles between a hotel block and the venue, one coach running loops is almost always more cost-effective than two party buses, and it handles grandparents, luggage, and mobility needs. Corporate groups have a median of 20 passengers, 42% need 25 or more, and 47% travel on a weekday, when a 3-hour minimum is available on select vehicles.
Airport transfers
DFW International is 30 to 40 minutes from downtown Fort Worth off-peak and up to an hour in rush hour; Love Field is 40 to 50 minutes. Transfers are quoted from your flight times as point-to-point runs. Airport arrivals have 30 minutes to collect luggage and meet the driver, and more time can be booked in advance. Luggage counts toward capacity, so tell us how many checked bags to expect.
Accessibility
Shuttle and coach buses are the right choice for guests with walkers, wheelchairs, or low-entry boarding needs. Lift-equipped vehicles are assigned on request, so mobility needs should be part of the quote. Allow 15 to 20 minutes at each end of the trip for lift boarding with two or three wheelchair users.

We rented a party bus for my daughter's sweet 16 and it was absolutely perfect! The driver was professional, the bus was spotless, and the LED lights made everything feel so special. Highly recommend!
Used Party Bus Rentals Fort Worth for our wedding shuttle service. They coordinated pickup from two hotels and got everyone to the venue on time. Couldn't have asked for better service on our big day.
Bachelor party in Fort Worth was legendary thanks to this crew. The party bus had an amazing sound system and the driver knew all the best spots to drop us off. Five stars all the way.
