What is included and the rules
A licensed, insured, background-checked professional driver, fuel, taxes, and gratuity are in the quote, and ice and bottled water are on board. Unlimited stops are included within your hours. Guests 21 and older may bring their own champagne or drinks in plastic flutes; we do not sell alcohol. Food stays off the vehicle. Flowers, balloons, and signs are fine; glitter and adhesives are not.
Minimums for limousines
The same minimums apply across the fleet: 4 hours on Friday and Saturday nights, 3 hours available on select vehicles for Sunday through Thursday and daytime pickups, and 6 hours on every Saturday in March, April, and May because those are prom dates. A wedding getaway ride on a Saturday evening therefore books as a 4-hour block (or 6 in spring), which is why many couples pair the limo with a coach for guests and use the full block for photos and the reception exit.

Minimums and rules for limousine rentals
Minimum hours
Friday and Saturday night rentals carry a 4-hour minimum. Sunday through Thursday, and Friday or Saturday pickups before 5 PM, can qualify for a 3-hour minimum on select vehicles. Saturdays in March, April, and May are prom dates in Fort Worth and carry a 6-hour minimum for every event type on those days. You can always book more hours than the minimum.
Limousines follow the same minimums as the rest of the fleet: 4 hours on Friday and Saturday nights, 3 hours available on select non-prime dates, and 6 hours on March–May Saturdays. Weeknight anniversary and proposal evenings are the most common 3-hour bookings.
