Which Fort Worth vehicle type should I book?
If your guests want to stand, dance, and move around, book a party bus (16–45) or, for 8 to 14 people, a limo sprinter. If you want a seated, formal arrival, book a stretch limousine (8–22). If you need seat belts, luggage space, a wheelchair lift, or the lowest cost per seat for a big group, book an executive sprinter (8–14), shuttle bus (16–30), or coach (up to 56). The median Fort Worth group is 15 and 77% of groups are 20 or fewer, so most celebrations land on a 14-passenger sprinter or a 16- to 20-passenger party bus.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded past capacity; book a seat or two spare
- Same minimums across the fleet: 4 hrs Fri/Sat, 3 hrs select dates, 6 hrs Mar–May Saturdays
- Ice and water on party buses, limos, sprinters; luggage space on coaches
- Karaoke, HDMI, Wi-Fi vary by vehicle; confirm before booking

We rented a party bus for my daughter's sweet 16 and it was absolutely perfect! The driver was professional, the bus was spotless, and the LED lights made everything feel so special. Highly recommend!
Used Party Bus Rentals Fort Worth for our wedding shuttle service. They coordinated pickup from two hotels and got everyone to the venue on time. Couldn't have asked for better service on our big day.
Bachelor party in Fort Worth was legendary thanks to this crew. The party bus had an amazing sound system and the driver knew all the best spots to drop us off. Five stars all the way.
