What is a Fort Worth party bus and who is it for?

A party bus is a club on wheels: wraparound leather seating, a dance-floor area between the U-shaped seats, a high-quality sound system, LED lighting, and a bar with ice and water, all with air conditioning and heat. Limo sprinters (8 to 14 passengers) offer the same leisure layout in a high-roof Mercedes-style van. About 85% of Fort Worth vehicle-type requests name a party bus, the 20-passenger is the most requested size, and 77% of groups are 20 or fewer. The quote includes the driver, fuel, taxes, and gratuity; guests 21+ bring their own drinks; food stays off the bus.

  • 20-passenger: ~24% of size requests
  • 10–14 passenger sprinters: ~39% of size requests
  • 4-hour Fri/Sat minimum; 6 hours on Mar–May Saturdays
  • Dance pole removable or coverable on request

Choose a party bus by size (845 passengers)

Filter by group size. Vehicles cannot be loaded past seating capacity, so pick a size with a seat or two to spare; swapping vehicles after you reserve is often not possible.

Loading vehicles…

How to pick the right size

Start with confirmed guests, not hoped-for guests, and remember that vehicles cannot be loaded past seating capacity. The median Fort Worth group is 15, a quarter of groups are 10 or fewer, and three quarters are 20 or fewer. That maps cleanly onto the fleet: 8- to 14-passenger limo sprinters for the smaller crews, 16- to 20-passenger party buses for the most common range, 22- to 30-passenger buses for weddings and big birthdays, and 32- to 45-passenger buses for the roughly 6% of groups over 30.

When a group sits within two seats of a vehicle's maximum, book the next size up. Upgrades after you reserve are often impossible because the other sizes book too, especially on Saturdays in spring and December.

Limo sprinter or party bus for 10 to 14 people?

Ten- to fourteen-passenger vehicles account for about 39% of Fort Worth size requests, which is why this is the most common decision. A limo sprinter has perimeter leather seating, mood lighting, entertainment, and a mini-bar with ice and water in a van that parks easily on West 7th. A 16-passenger party bus adds a dance-floor area and headroom to stand. Bachelor groups (median 12, 70% at 14 or fewer), bachelorette groups (median 12), and concert groups (median 12) usually take the sprinter; groups that want to dance between stops take the 16.

What every party bus includes

A licensed, insured, background-checked professional driver, fuel, taxes, and gratuity are in the quote. Ice and bottled water are on board. Unlimited stops are included within your hours, covering multiple home pickups, dinner stops, and split drop-offs. Air conditioning and heat are standard on every vehicle. Karaoke, TVs, HDMI inputs, and power availability vary by vehicle, so tell us what you need and we confirm before you book.

Some vehicles carry an optional dance pole that can be removed or covered with balloons on request, the usual choice for quinceañeras, sweet 16s, and prom.

When party buses book out

Two thirds of Fort Worth events fall on a Saturday. Every Saturday in March, April, and May is a prom date with a 6-hour minimum, and the 14- to 20-passenger vehicles go first. December holds about 13% of the year's dates, two thirds of them between the 8th and 24th. Summer is the quietest stretch. The median group requests a quote 28 days out; for a spring or December Saturday, four to six weeks is the safe window.
