How do I book a party bus in Fort Worth?
Send the pickup ZIP or address, event date, guest count, event type, and hours by form, call, or text. We recommend the best-value vehicle that fits your group and send an all-inclusive quote. A quote is not a reservation. Your date is only locked in once we receive the signed contract and deposit. Popular Fort Worth Saturdays are often reserved weeks ahead. 50% deposit to reserve the vehicle and date; balance due 7 to 14 days before the event; events booked within 7 days of the date are paid in full at booking. The cardholder completes ID and card verification during the contract process. The person signing the contract must be 21 or older. There is no age restriction on who may ride.
- Median Fort Worth lead time: 28 days
- Two thirds of events are Saturdays; Fridays are the smart alternative
- Spring Saturdays (Mar–May): 6-hour prom minimum
- Booking for someone else? We need the payer and a main rider contact

What to have ready
Requests that include all five details get a vehicle match on the first reply.
Pickup ZIP or address
Drive time from your suburb counts toward your hours, and it tells us which vehicles are practical for the route.
Event date
Friday and Saturday nights are a 4-hour minimum; Sunday–Thursday and daytime pickups can qualify for 3 hours; Saturdays in March–May are 6 hours.
Guest count
Vehicles cannot be loaded past capacity and swaps after booking are hard. If you are within two seats of a maximum, we will suggest one size up.
Event type
A 16-passenger bus for a bachelorette is a different pick than one for a quinceañera (dance pole, decorations, minors on board). About 20% of requests skip this and lose a round of questions.
Hours
Seventy-seven percent of quotes start at four hours; about half of booked trips run longer. We will tell you if your itinerary fits the block.
Anything special
Wheelchair or walker on board, karaoke or HDMI, a pet, a surprise pickup, or an out-of-town destination beyond 30 miles.
