Vehicle one: the wedding party
Bridesmaids, groomsmen, the couple, and a photographer usually total 12 to 24 people. A party bus lets everyone stand, toast, and take photos between the ceremony and the reception. Vehicle two: the guests
For guest shuttles, a shuttle or coach bus running continuous loops between the hotel block and the venue is almost always more cost-effective than two party buses. Coaches carry up to about 56 with luggage space, forward-facing seats with seat belts, and lift-equipped options for grandparents. Loops and split drop-offs to two hotels are included inside the booked hours.
When Fort Worth weddings happen
October is the single most requested wedding month, and 73% of weddings are on a Saturday (92% on a Friday or Saturday). Weddings are planned furthest ahead of any event we serve, a median of 82 days, and about 17% of all Fort Worth groups planning three or more months out are wedding parties. Reserve as soon as the venue and hotel block are set.
Two calendar traps: every Saturday in March, April, and May carries a 6-hour minimum because of prom, and December Saturdays between the 8th and 24th hold two thirds of December's demand.

Overtime starts 15 minutes past the scheduled end and is only possible if the vehicle is not reserved afterward. Build a buffer into the hours rather than hoping to extend at 11 PM.
Minimums and what is included
Friday and Saturday nights carry a 4-hour minimum, and a rehearsal dinner or welcome party on a Thursday or Friday afternoon can qualify for a 3-hour minimum on select vehicles. Every quote includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, taxes, and gratuity; party buses and limos also carry ice and bottled water.
Rules that come up at weddings
- "Just Married" signs, balloons, and floral decorations are welcome. No adhesives and no glitter.
- Champagne is fine for guests 21 and older; plastic flutes are recommended.
- Food, including cake and catering leftovers, stays off the vehicle.
- Photographers and videographers are welcome on board.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded past capacity, so guest shuttles should be sized to the hotel block, not the invitation list.
Booking
A 50% deposit and signed contract hold each vehicle; the balance is due 7 to 14 days before the wedding. If a vehicle breaks down on the day, we do everything we can to provide a replacement, and if we cannot service the event, you receive a full refund.
