Is a party bus safer than the alternatives?

For a group of students on prom night, a professional driver in one vehicle removes the two biggest risks: a teen driver, and a group splitting into several cars late at night. Drivers are professional, vetted, licensed, drug-tested, background-checked, and commercially insured, and vehicles are maintained regularly with safety equipment on board.

Who books and who signs?

An adult 21 or older signs the contract and completes ID and card verification. One parent typically handles the reservation and the 50% deposit, then families split the all-inclusive total, which already includes the driver, fuel, taxes, and gratuity. There is nothing to collect on prom night. Because a quote is not a reservation, the date is only held once the signed contract and deposit are in.

What are the rules on the bus?

Why is prom a 6-hour minimum?

Every Saturday in March, April, and May is a prom date across Tarrant County, so a 6-hour minimum applies to all rentals on those days. Six hours is also what a prom night uses: home pickups, a photo stop, dinner, the drop-off, and the pickup after the dance. If your school's prom falls on a Friday, the standard 4-hour Friday-and-Saturday-night minimum applies and availability is far better.

What size vehicle do we need?
