Planning New Year's Eve in Fort Worth
Fort Worth pulls out all the stops on New Year's Eve. Sundance Square hosts one of the largest free outdoor countdowns in North Texas, complete with live music and a massive ball drop. Meanwhile, West 7th bars pack out with themed parties, and venues along Magnolia Avenue offer more intimate celebrations. A party bus lets your group experience multiple stops throughout the night without the stress of navigating holiday traffic or finding parking in packed lots.
Most of our NYE clients start the evening with dinner at a spot like Reata or Grace before boarding around 9 PM. From there, popular routes include swings through the Stockyards for some honky-tonk energy, a cruise past the fireworks at Sundance Square around midnight, and then a final stop along West 7th or Near Southside to keep the party going. Our buses are stocked with premium sound systems and LED lighting to keep the celebration alive between stops.
Book early. New Year's Eve is a smaller share of December than most people expect (about 3% of December requests), but the vehicles that do book go early at the 4-hour Friday-and-Saturday-night minimum, so reserve by mid-November. Most groups book 5 hours to cover a pre-dinner pickup through a post-midnight drop-off, and the quote includes the driver, fuel, taxes, and gratuity.
