What to Bring on a Party Bus in Fort Worth (and What to Leave at Home)

Most first-time renters overpack. Party buses, limousines, and limo sprinters already carry ice and bottled water, a Bluetooth or AUX sound system, LED lighting, climate control, trash cans, and usually extra trash bags. The list of what you actually need to bring is short.

Bring these

• Plastic cups. The single most forgotten item. Bring more than you think you need.
• A cooler with fresh ice. The vehicle has ice and water, but a cooler keeps your own drinks cold across a 4- to 6-hour block and makes cleanup easier.
• Your drinks (21+ only). We do not sell alcohol and do not hold a liquor license. Sealed cans and plastic bottles are ideal; glass is discouraged for safety.
• Extra trash bags. Guests handle basic cleanup, and a couple of extra bags make the last stop painless.
• Your playlist. Bluetooth or AUX on every party bus and sprinter.
• Decorations that do not leave marks. Balloons, streamers, posters, and signs are welcome.
• A phone charger. Long nights drain batteries; power availability varies by vehicle, so ask when booking if you need outlets.
• ID for everyone who plans to drink. Venues will check, and if minors are on board, no alcohol is allowed unless a parent or guardian is present.

Leave these at home

• Glass. Discouraged for safety. Cans, plastic, or pour into plastic cups before boarding.
• Food. Food is not permitted on the vehicle. Unlimited stops are included, so the driver will stop at a restaurant, taco spot, or drive-through whenever the group wants to eat. Vomit, spills, excessive trash, or food carry a $250 sanitation fee per occurrence.
• Glitter. No glitter of any kind. A $350 cleanup fee applies.
• Tape and adhesives. Anything that can mark paint or finishes.
• Cigarettes, vapes, and drugs. Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the vehicle ($250 sanitation fee per occurrence), and cigarettes, marijuana, and all illegal drugs are prohibited on board. Smoke stops are unlimited.
• Large backpacks on prom, homecoming, or underage events, unless a parent or legal guardian is present.

Event-specific extras

• Birthdays and bachelorettes: a sash, balloons, and a sign for the bus window. Skip the confetti poppers.
• Game days: coolers and extra ice are encouraged. Tailgate food stays outside the bus in the lot.
• Prom: a parent's contact number for the driver, and nothing that would violate the no-alcohol rule with minors on board.
• Weddings: plastic champagne flutes and a "Just Married" sign that hangs rather than sticks.
• Winery and brewery tours: sealed purchases can come aboard; if you open them, pour into plastic and keep the glass in the cooler.
• Holiday light tours: hot cocoa in lidded cups. Every party bus has heat.

About the dance pole

Some party buses carry an optional dance pole. For family events it can usually be removed or covered with balloons on request; tell us when you book so the right vehicle is assigned.

Pets

Pets are generally allowed with advance approval. Tell us the type and breed when you request a quote.

Cleanup expectations

Throw away bottles, cups, and trash before leaving. The vehicle has trash cans and usually extra bags. Excessive messes can incur a cleaning fee, and the contract lists $250 sanitation fees for vomit, spills, excessive trash, or food, $100 for each carpet or seat burn, and $250 for damage to or opening of the emergency roof exit. Standing through the roof exit is illegal.
