Every quote from Party Bus Rentals Fort Worth is all-inclusive:

The four things that move the price
1. Vehicle size and type. A 10-passenger limo sprinter costs less than a 20-passenger party bus, which costs less than a 40-passenger coach. Deposits and payment
A 50% deposit and signed contract hold the vehicle and date; a quote alone does not. The balance is due 7 to 14 days before the event, and events booked within 7 days are paid in full at signing. Credit and debit cards are standard, and the cardholder completes ID and card verification. All deposits are non-refundable, cancellations within 7 days are a 100% fee, and cancellations outside 7 days may, at management discretion, become a credit toward a future date.
Fees that only apply if something goes wrong
These are in the contract so there are no surprises: $250 per occurrence for vomit, spills, excessive trash, or food; $250 per smoking occurrence; $350 for glitter cleanup; $100 for each carpet or seat burn; and $250 for damage to or opening of the emergency roof exit. Groups that bring plastic cups, a cooler, and extra trash bags almost never see any of them.
