A Fort Worth party bus gathers the whole group and keeps them together, whether you're cruising between reunion events, visiting meaningful locations around the city, or just riding together and catching up without the distraction of driving in unfamiliar territory.

Planning Reunions in Fort Worth
Reunions — whether family, high school, college, or military — share a common challenge: getting a group of people who live all over the country (or the state) to the same place at the same time, and then keeping them together once they arrive. A party bus serves as the reunion's mobile headquarters, gathering everyone from hotel blocks, homes, and airports, and carrying them between events, restaurants, and meaningful locations.
Fort Worth is a natural reunion destination. The Stockyards provide a quintessentially Texan experience for out-of-towners. Sundance Square offers upscale dining and entertainment. The Fort Worth Zoo and Botanic Garden are family-friendly gathering spots. And the city's affordability compared to Dallas makes it easier to book hotel blocks and restaurant reservations for large groups. Our reunion party buses connect all of these venues so the group moves as one.
Popular reunion itineraries include an afternoon sightseeing tour of Fort Worth landmarks (great for catching up while the bus does the navigating), a group dinner at a restaurant with a private event space (Joe T. Garcia's patio, Reata's rooftop, or a Stockyards venue), and a Stockyards evening with the cattle drive, live music, and cowboy atmosphere. For class reunions, some groups add a drive past the old school, former hangout spots, and other nostalgia-triggering locations. Multi-day reunion weekends are booked as one reservation per day.

Planning note
If your event lands on a Saturday between March and May, you are competing with prom for the same 14- to 20-passenger vehicles. Book at least five to six weeks out and budget for the 6-hour minimum.
Planning note
Fridays carry a third of Saturday's demand but the same 4-hour minimum and nightlife. If your Saturday is booked, a Friday night gives the best odds of a first-choice vehicle.
