Packing List Generator
Choose from six event types and get a short, checkable list of what belongs on the bus and what should stay home.
The right bag for a party bus night is small and specific. Arlington game-day groups forget sunscreen and cash for vendors, bachelorette groups forget the sash, and wedding parties forget the stain pen. The Packing List Generator gives you a focused eight-item list for your event type instead of a 40-line everything list, and it bakes in the rules that trip up first-time renters: drinks in cans or plastic, no food on board, no glass.

How to use the packing list generator
- 1
Pick the closest event type
Choose from the dropdown. A quinceañera or sweet 16 works well with the Birthday Party list, and a brewery afternoon or concert fits the Bar Crawl list.
- 2
Read the list against the rules
Every list already follows the vehicle policies. The Bachelor or Bachelorette list says cooler with cans or plastic and 21+, and it plans a dinner or dessert stop because food stays off the bus.
- 3
Check items off as they go in the bag
Tap to mark each item packed. The counter under the list reads, for example, 6 of 8 packed, so you can see the gaps the morning of the ride.
- 4
Share the leftovers
Screenshot the unchecked items and send them to the group so the two things still missing get claimed before pickup.
An Arlington tailgate with 26 fans from Hurst
A group of 26 from Hurst books a 30-passenger party bus for a Sunday Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium, about 25 minutes from Fort Worth before traffic. They choose Sporting Event and get eight items: team gear, sunscreen, portable charger, cash for vendors, rain poncho, comfortable shoes, binoculars, and a cooler with drinks. In the group chat, two people claim the cooler and ice, one brings three power banks, and everyone handles their own jersey. By noon pickup the counter reads 8 of 8 packed, and the cooler holds canned drinks only, no glass, because the bus will be rolling through tailgate lots all afternoon.
Why this matters for a Fort Worth group
Select one of six event types, Bar Crawl, Birthday Party, Bachelor or Bachelorette, Wedding Shuttle, Corporate Event, or Sporting Event, and the list changes. Tap items to check them off, and a counter at the bottom shows how many of the eight you have packed. Switching event types resets the checks, so finish one list before you look at another.
Treat the list as a conversation starter for the group chat. Assign the cooler to one person, the speaker backup to another, and the birthday decorations to a third. Remember that a cake on the Birthday list is for the restaurant stop, not the ride, because food is not permitted on the vehicle and spills carry a $250 sanitation fee.
Arlington tailgates need the Sporting Event list and a time cushion
Game-day groups are the most varied in size, with 30% at 25 or more, and they plan the shortest at a median of 14 days. Pack the cooler, sunscreen, and rain poncho, and add 45 minutes each way for stadium traffic on I-30.
Keep the decorations list glitter-free
Birthday decorations, sashes, balloons, and signs are all welcome. Glitter of any kind carries a $350 cleanup fee, and tapes or adhesives that mark finishes are not allowed, so pack ribbon and balloon weights instead.
Light the candles at the restaurant, not on the bus
The Birthday list includes candles and a lighter. Each carpet or seat burn is a $100 charge, so do the cake moment at your dinner stop and bring the cake back to the bus only in a sealed container.
